ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/03/2026 to 08/03/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms supporting business and advertising tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver effective user experiences.
  • Participate in design critiques, user research, and usability testing to refine design decisions.
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to design system discussions and ensure consistency across products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design processes, tools, and team workflows.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design execution, clear thinking, and user-centered problem solving.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally focused on business tools, platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Sketch, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive, usable interfaces.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Awareness of accessibility principles and a commitment to inclusive design.
  • Strong communication skills and an eagerness to contribute to team discussions and decisions.
  • Interest in how business tools can create real, measurable impact for users.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience designing web-based tools or software for professional or organizational use.
  • Familiarity working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches through experimentation, data, and feedback.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $75.61 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
