Product Manager 
W2 contract until April 30th 2026 – potential to extend
3 days onsite in Chicago or Minneapolis 


Are you passionate about shaping the future of enterprise digital messaging? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development of the Communication Hub platform—a cutting-edge communication solution that connects millions of customers worldwide via SMS, email, and push notifications. 

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in digital product management, guiding products from discovery through to measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, with a strong track record of managing product and sprint backlogs to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Data literacy skills with 5+ years of analyzing data to craft compelling narratives and support strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams with clarity and influence.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate and prioritize in complex environments, managing dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in analytics, journey mapping, process design, and stakeholder interviews that inform product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning digital messaging campaigns.
  • Familiarity with global teams and multi-national collaboration.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, Agile software development, or related roles.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $76.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
