Title: AI Product Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, blending creative technical skills with strategic thinking. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, translate their requirements into functional prototypes, and accelerate innovation through rapid iteration. Your expertise will directly influence product direction and user experience, making a measurable impact on our organization.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading meetings and crafting detailed specifications.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in facilitating requirements gathering sessions, helping stakeholders articulate their true needs.
  • Expertise in writing clear, actionable functional specifications that bridge business and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar environments.
  • Solid understanding of web or app development processes and workflows.
  • Ability to create wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or even simple whiteboards.
  • Comfort working within ambiguity, managing incomplete requirements, and driving clarity.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in UX research or comprehensive product management roles.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and working efficiently with large language models (LLMs).
  • Ability to write basic code in Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping frameworks like Next.js, Streamlit, or similar.
  • Background in enterprise software, internal tools, or data application domains.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing innovative product development, particularly in environments leveraging AI tools.
  • Prior experience in rapid prototyping and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to engage in dynamic stakeholder collaboration, sometimes on tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in product management and AI development tools is advantageous.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
