Product Owner
TITLE: Product Owner
LOCATION: Fully Remote (US-based)
6+ month W2 contract
Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of the assigned product in collaboration with internal customers, business lines, and Agile teams.
- Maintain and refine product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize stories to maximize business value and align with product strategy.
- Act as a primary liaison between the business and Agile teams.
- Ensure Agile teams understand the product vision.
- Work closely with development teams, addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback, and answering questions.
- Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate needs, translating them into product requirements.
- Work with Product Management to set release dates and evaluate delivery value.
- Communicate tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget.
- Employ product management practices including customer research, data analytics, and market research.
Product Owner Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of related experience.
Product Owner Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in contact centers.
- Experience working with agent desktops.
- Experience with AWS Contact Control Panel (CCP) technology.
- Experience working in the financial industry.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $64.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
