Product Owner

Atlanta GA – 3 days onsite 

W2 contract until June 30th 2026 – potential to extend 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive approach to deliver products, capabilities, services, or enhancements according to the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Scrum teams to deliver products to the client
  • Manage the effort to deliver products and enhancements using strategic vision and KPIs
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog and perform story elaboration with the development team
  • Support Release Train and Scrum team(s) through PI planning and backlog management
  • Partner with Product Managers to influence product strategy and roadmaps
  • Facilitate solution optioning with Engineering and coordinate across multiple delivery streams
  • Communicate product performance and value to sales, client solutions, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage the overall effort to deliver products, capabilities, or services
  • Support planning activities such as PI planning, backlog grooming, and story elaboration
  • Analyze issues, determine root causes, and create solutions that benefit the business
  • Use project management tools for estimation, dependency identification, and reporting
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders
  • Integrate technology systems and communicate across applications and platforms
  • Exhibit working knowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology and product lifecycle practices
  • Demonstrate ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Possess strong writing skills and experience in product design, development, and implementation
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in full product lifecycle methodologies
  • Experience creating, prioritizing, and recommending epics and features
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $71.43 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
