Product Strategy Director 
W2 1-year contract – potential to extend or convert FTE 
3 days onsite in Atlanta GA

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Proven expertise in developing comprehensive, long-term product and business strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep business acumen with an understanding of automotive trends, financial modeling, and industry dynamics.
  • Experience in consulting—whether in automotive, strategy, or technology sectors—applying frameworks to identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations to C-suite stakeholders and leading impactful workshops.
  • Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority, inspiring alignment and shared vision.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in corporate strategy or top-tier strategy consulting firms.
  • Prior leadership experience managing or coaching product teams or high-level strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, including performance metrics and sophisticated frameworks like root cause analysis.
  • Experience in automotive industry segments, encompassing auto retailing, wholesaling, ownership, or fleet services.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines; a Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, ideally within automotive, consulting, or tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in translating innovative ideas into practical, executable plans.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, facilitating workshops, and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $107.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
