Contract: 12 Months (W2)
Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite per Week
Locations: Minneapolis, Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Cincinnati
Schedule: 8–5 CST (flexible)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager with strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven stakeholder relationship-building abilities. This role will support ongoing updates and enhancements to a large-scale enterprise website, working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects from intake through completion.

Responsibilities

Independently manage projects from intake through post-production, ensuring processes are followed, deadlines are met, and controls are in place.

Guide and support requests through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), breaking down tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Host weekly intake calls with business stakeholders and weekly status meetings with project teams to track progress and remove roadblocks.

Serve as liaison and relationship-builder with stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring effective communication.

Coordinate cross-functional project teams of 20+ members, including AEM Authors, Content Strategists, SEO specialists, and tagging partners (SiteCat/Tealium).

Promote collaboration across project teams, proactively resolving issues through direct communication.

Establish and oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to processes and timely completion of requests.

Clarify, refine, and document requests in a clear, concise manner for stakeholders.

Author project requirements for repeatable requests to maintain process consistency and quality.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $67.00/hr.
