Program Manager

TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of programs independently, driving activity to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.
• Define and address cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
• Adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances with independent judgment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across various functions.
• Author program charters covering scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
• Create project plans breaking down phases, including risks and constraints.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
• Manage program escalations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver communication plans tailored to stakeholder types.
• Represent the program team across multiple touchpoints.
• Develop change management rollout plans, monitor progress, and resolve misalignments.
• Collect data independently to govern programs effectively, maintain project trackers and status reports.
• Proactively manage dependencies and tasks, incorporating values of Product Excellence, Inclusion, and brand trust.
• Establish program governance structures, manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
• Lead effective program team meetings and determine program phasing and metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years experience in network deployment.
• Proficiency in Communications Management, Team Management, Managing Organizational Change, Technical Judgment, Stakeholder Management, Planning, Portfolio Management, User understanding and empathy, Execution and Governance, Continuous Improvement.
• Ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional challenges independently.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $122.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
