Program Manager
TITLE: Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of programs, driving activities that achieve business outcomes.
- Develop systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.
- Define and address cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
- Adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Author program charters addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
- Create project plans that break down projects into phases and include risks and dependencies.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
- Manage program escalations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and deliver communication plans targeted by stakeholder type.
- Represent the program team across various touchpoints.
- Develop change management rollout plans, including impact analysis and progress monitoring.
- Collect and analyze data independently to govern and execute programs effectively.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Proactively manage dependencies and execute program tasks while incorporating core values.
- Determine program governance structure and facilitate team meetings.
- Establish metrics for continuous improvement and resource stewardship, with regular checkpoints to assess progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Understanding of new product introduction and material planning and execution.
- Proficient in communications management, team management, managing organizational change, technical judgment, stakeholder management, planning, portfolio management, user understanding, execution, and governance, and continuous improvement.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $122.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
