Program Manager
TITLE: Program Manager
LOCATION: Boulder, CO
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 10/01/2026 to 04/07/2026
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical support and insights for Flow.
- Execute defined programs for your immediate team with collaboration from your teammates.
- Manage well-defined projects under limited guidance.
- Address undefined challenges with limited guidance from teammates.
- Use existing protocols including meetings and project plans to monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders.
- Identify, collaborate with, and communicate to stakeholders with minimal guidance.
- Author program charter in close collaboration with stakeholders, addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
- Create project plans breaking down projects into discrete phases, including risks and dependencies.
- Collect data relating to program progress from stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports collaboratively.
- Identify and execute on program tasks incorporating Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
- Collect data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
- Facilitate effective meetings.
- Create and deliver program communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure communications are organized and visible.
- Document program team roles and responsibilities.
- Author stakeholder map in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in user understanding and empathy.
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement (PgM/TPM).
- Planning (PgM/TPM).
- Stakeholder management (PgM/TPM).
- Portfolio management (PgM/TPM).
- Technical judgment (TPM).
- Execution and governance (PgM/TPM).
- Managing organizational change (PgM/TPM).
- Communications management (PgM/TPM).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $90.88 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
