Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and communication
- Excellent project planning and execution capabilities
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Experience facilitating effective meetings and creating clear program communications
- Foundational knowledge of program or portfolio management principles
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams and across functions
- Technical judgment relevant to program oversight
- Skills in organizational change management and continuous improvement methodologies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with product management or product development frameworks
- Knowledge of organizational governance processes
- Familiarity with tools for project tracking and reporting
- Experience managing cross-functional or multi-stakeholder programs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degrees welcomed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or innovative environment
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00-$105.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
