TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/26/2026 to 01/26/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic support for the transformation of IHG’s Owner Lifecycle Management Solution (GOLS).
  • Draft and manage executive reporting to keep senior leadership informed.
  • Oversee planning and execution of the phased transformation roadmap.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and regions.
  • Support governance activities and facilitate engagement with stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all workstreams.
  • Prepare regular program reports and updates for leadership and governance forums.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation programs within a matrix organization.
  • Sound strategic thinking and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Provide an example of how you coordinated efforts across multiple teams, regions, or workstreams to ensure the successful execution of a program.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $71.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
