TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Remote, local to Austin, TX

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

 

Project Overview

The clients Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) Team encompasses Facilities, EHS, Security, Fleet, and Real Estate services. We work collaboratively to create the places, services, and experiences that enable GFiber to thrive.

 

Under REWS, the Fleet Manager is seeking a Program Manager to act as the Fleet Administrator to assist with the expansion and operation of our vehicle fleet.

 

Overall Responsibilities

This individual will act as the Fleet Program Manager reporting to the National Fleet Manager. As the Fleet Administrator, they will manage the daily operations, maintenance scheduling, and documentation for the fleet to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

 

Key duties include:

  • Tracking vehicle maintenance
  • Managing registrations and titles
  • Monitoring fuel card usage
  • Updating vehicle databases

This role will serve as the main point of contact for driver inquiries and assist in optimizing fleet efficiency.

 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Licensing

  • Manage vehicle registrations, titles, tags, and insurance renewals
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations

 

2. Data Entry & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle specifications, mileage, and service history
  • Utilize fleet management software or spreadsheets to track and report data

 

3. Administrative Support & Driver Coordination

  • Process accident reports
  • Handle vehicle acquisitions and disposals
  • Coordinate with insurance providers
  • Assist drivers with vehicle-related issues
  • Support driver training and policy compliance

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.09 to $92.65 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
