Program Manager
W2 contract until October 2026 – potential to extend
3 days onsite in New York City

As a Program Manager at YouTube, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the platform's integrity by leading initiatives that assess and mitigate risk, develop robust controls, and ensure compliance with international legal standards. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Proven ability to partner across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop controls
- Excellent communication skills to deliver high-level results to executive leadership
- Experience with risk assessments, controls testing, and dashboard monitoring
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with global legal and regulatory compliance environments
- Experience working in tech or media platforms in a compliance or risk management capacity
- Skills in workshop facilitation and metric analysis from transparency reports
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology or content platforms, especially in compliance or risk functions
