Program Manager
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 4/01/2026 to 10/01/2026
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the team’s product for new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Success.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ to Product, Engineering, and the Partnership Managers, ensuring technical blockers are surfaced, prioritized and tracked to resolution in order to maintain implementation timelines.
Pilot Project Governance: Work closely with clients to define pilot project scope, create detailed workback schedules, and manage deliverables
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify “at-risk” implementations and develop turnaround plans to prevent early-stage churn.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in a startup or large enterprise environment. Previous experience within X, Google or companies supporting Sustainability & Carbon markets is a plus.
General Knowledge: Understanding of carbon markets and sustainability efforts is greatly appreciated.
Customer-Centric Mindset: You don't just check boxes; you care deeply about the customer's business outcomes.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into “business value” language for executive stakeholders.
Certifications: PMP or CAPM is a plus, but proven experience managing multiple, complex pilot deployments is prioritized.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $105.00 to $112.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
