Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of tech/digital initiatives; identify and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks; ensure accountability; balance strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery.
  • Flex communication across leadership, cross-functional, and working teams; drive awareness, buy-in, and alignment; create compelling materials; facilitate decision-making.
  • Act as primary liaison; build trusted relationships; partner with technical, design, and accessibility teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with Apple-wide impact; identify strategic opportunities; influence and drive accountability without direct authority; manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional project management skills; comfort at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience; ability to quickly grasp technical concepts; attention to detail.
  • High-quality written/verbal communication across all organizational levels; ability to create compelling narratives, drive decision-making, and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated; thrives in evolving, ambiguous environments with short turnaround times; quick learner and proactive problem-solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • 5-7 years experience in program/project management for a large digital organization.
  • Consumer ecommerce experience recommended.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $92.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
