Program Manager
TITLE: Program Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Remote currently → Hybrid in Buckhead within ~4–5 months)
- Oversee multiple initiatives across enterprise systems including ERP, Salesforce CRM, and data platforms
- Manage program timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities
- Coordinate initiatives across enterprise systems and connect workstreams across teams
- Prepare program updates and status reports for leadership
- Ensure program data and reporting are accurate, consistent, and actionable
- Create and maintain executive-level presentations and dashboards
- Identify risks, gaps, and delivery challenges early
- Work with stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain delivery momentum
- Facilitate alignment across technology and business stakeholders and ensure clear communication
- 7–10+ years of experience in Program Management or large-scale project delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience supporting enterprise systems or technology-driven programs
- Ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with limited structure
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical progress into leadership updates
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, program tracking platforms, and executive reporting tools (PowerPoint, dashboards, etc.)

The compensation range for this position is $145,000.00 to $150,000.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
