Hybrid in Atlanta GA
W2 contract until 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of programs that may extend beyond immediate teams.
- Drive, organize, and manage program activities to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop systems to proactively identify improvements and optimize future performance, including change management and metrics.
- Define and address cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
- Adjust programs effectively with independent judgment amid changing circumstances.
- Manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Author program charters covering scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
- Create project plans that include risks, dependencies, and program constraints.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Optimize team roles and responsibilities within programs.
- Manage escalations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and deliver communication plans tailored to stakeholder types.
- Represent the program team across various touchpoints.
- Execute change management plans including impact analysis and rollout.
- Monitor change management progress and resolve misalignments.
- Collect and analyze data to govern and execute programs effectively.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports independently.
- Identify and execute program tasks, managing dependencies proactively.
- Incorporate values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
- Define program governance structures and manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
- Drive effective program team meetings.
- Determine program phases and metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Establish checkpoints for delivering and assessing improvement metrics.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $122.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
