Responsibilities:
Project Overview This role supports our clients Vehicle Services Team, driving both current state operations and transformative program development. The role requires significant internal and external stakeholder management.
Overall Responsibilities The Program Manager will be responsible for the health of operations, ensuring the business meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
At the same time, this role will be responsible for driving large transformational programs
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
● Program Management and Leadership: Drive a large program, delivering on multiple work streams in parallel.
● Vendor Management: Lead vendor partners in support of our company goals, driving on time execution and fostering strong partnerships.
● Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report operational health proactively and in required forums, providing necessary detail and escalating risks as needed.
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, or Engineering preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within operational implementation.
● Core Skills:
○ Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects. ○ Proficiency in managing organizational change and introducing updates with minimal disruption.
● Tools/Applications:
○ Experience creating typical PgM artifacts: RACI charts, stakeholder maps, project trackers, OKRs, and roadmaps.
○ Proficiency with Google Workspace and dashboard/metric analysis tools.
● Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Six Sigma Certification.
Preferred Experience:
● Experience managing large-scale fleet or physical operations (e.g., automotive, logistics)
● Experience developing specialized communication plans and newsletters for executive
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $97.00 to $122.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
