Join us in shaping the future of data-driven innovation as a Program Manager overseeing cutting-edge Data Annotation projects. In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams supporting Operations and Engineering, ensuring the seamless execution of complex data labeling initiatives that power advanced AI solutions. Your expertise will drive project success, foster collaboration across departments, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects
- Proven track record of delivering results on complex initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into actionable recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, independent worker with moderate supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data annotation, machine learning, or AI projects
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Background in operations or engineering supportive roles
- Multilingual abilities or global project management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience managing data-related projects in tech environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing project needs
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $86.00 to $106.02 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
