TITLE: Program Manager II

LOCATION: San Bruno, CA

From 01/05/2026 to 03/31/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of programs that may extend beyond the immediate team
  • Drive, organize, and manage program activities to achieve business outcomes
  • Develop systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics
  • Define and address undefined cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies
  • Use independent judgment to adjust programs effectively amid changing circumstances
  • Understand and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Author program charters addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies
  • Create project plans that break down projects into phases with risks/dependencies and visibility
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision making
  • Optimize program team roles and responsibilities
  • Manage program escalations collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Design and deliver communication plans tailored by stakeholder type
  • Represent the program team across various touchpoints
  • Execute change management requirements and develop rollout plans with impact analysis
  • Monitor progress of change initiatives and resolve misalignments
  • Collect and analyze data to govern programs effectively
  • Maintain project trackers and status reports
  • Manage dependencies and tasks proactively, incorporating company values and brand trust
  • Establish program governance, including mitigations, postmortems, and escalations
  • Lead effective program team meetings
  • Determine program phases and metrics for continuous improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide transparency and rationale for program pivots

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $95.25 to $112.99 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
