TITLE: Program Manager – NPI
LOCATION: Cupertino, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/06/2026 to 08/24/2026
Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure success.
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans.
- Enable long term supply continuity into production.
- Act as the secondary materials liaison with ODM/CM/Suppliers.
- Manage spend against project budgets.
- Drive large production risk buys and strategic buffers.
- Develop and document global supply chain map for each product.
- Update project schedules and communicate status or risks.
- Represent the New Product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings.
- Drive initiatives and process improvements to help the team grow in scalability.
Requirements:
- MS/MA or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience with Supply/Demand Planning.
- 5 or more years of experience.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $1000.00 to $111.98 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
