ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/19/2026 to 09/19/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams and customers through programmatic CTV deal creation and pre/post sales support.
  • Manage the operational aspects of programmatic deal curation, including monitoring pacing, identification of optimization opportunities, billing management, and risk escalation.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams and provide actionable insights to support product development.
  • Partner with Sales & Buyers to plan and optimize programmatic campaigns.
  • Coordinate with measurement partners to ensure correct campaign setup and measurement.
  • Ensure campaigns are activated, trafficked accurately, and meet objectives to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze data at the Deal and Market level to support revenue growth.
  • Collect and relay feedback from clients, sales, and stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
  • Maintain operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Online Media or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Programmatic role or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with programmatic buying, including experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and DMPs.
  • Experience with CTV and Microsoft Curate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of issue management systems (JIRA) and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, Zendesk).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and learning new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL or Presto, and data analysis for business insights.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $46.54 to $54.47 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
