Programming Producer
TITLE: Programming Producer
LOCATION: 100% REMOTE
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/2026 to 05/29/2026
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution across high profile programming in AMR, the largest region
- Coordinate across AMR Heads of Programming, production teams, vendors, and field teams
- Create and oversee program production timelines and project management
- Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning processes
- Manage and execute integrated in-store and online campaigns
- Collect daily status updates and manage risks
- Ensure quality assurance for all deliverables
- Produce programs with high profile talent and partners
- Lead quarterly reporting and data collection for performance insights
- Architect and manage budgets, overseeing invoices and payments
- Liaise with talent and store programming teams on session execution
- Coordinate with Business affairs and Legal regarding talent and partners
- Update stakeholders within AMR and worldwide partners
Requirements:
- 5-10 years working in events, entertainment, or marketing industries
- 5+ years managing high profile events and partnerships
- Experience working with emerging and established talent
- Delivery of various content including series, experiential, and live events
- Experience with large-scale projects involving innovation and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of logistics for different programming types
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams including Programming, Production, Creative, and more
- Skills in designing visual reporting tools and dashboards
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
the hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $67.16 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
