Are you a seasoned project leader with a passion for orchestrating complex initiatives? We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead safety work plan projects, collaborate across organizational units, and ensure strategic goals are met through meticulous planning, execution, and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects, influence safety outcomes, and contribute to a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with proven ability to coordinate small to medium projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving, requirement gathering, and schedule management capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively under moderate time constraints

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in distribution operations or related business practices
  • Familiarity with formal risk assessment, resource allocation, and change management
  • Creative problem-solving and team engagement skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Sound decision-making in budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic planning

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to adapt to organizational policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to teamwork
  • Ability to support change management initiatives as needed

The hourly pay rate for this position is $50.00 to $75.13.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
