Project Manager – Drive Innovation in Machine Translation & Quality Estimation Evaluation
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager specializing in Machine Translation (MT) and Quality Estimation (QE) evaluations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, execution, and analysis of sophisticated evaluation frameworks that shape the future of NLP and localization technology. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of statistically sound assessments, high-quality datasets, and actionable insights that influence product development and strategic decisions.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in NLP/ML evaluations or localization analytics
- Strong knowledge of evaluation design, statistical analysis, and determining sample sizes
- Hands-on experience benchmarking against human judgments and applying evaluation metrics for MT & QE
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python and Tableau
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends across large datasets
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with evaluation frameworks in a research or industry setting
- Knowledge of linguistic quality frameworks
- Familiarity with data science best practices and statistical software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Several years of relevant experience in NLP, ML, or localization analytics
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs and deliver results on tight deadlines

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $67.43 to $73.43 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
