Overview:
People Analytics is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager II to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives that drive strategic insights and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to collaborate with diverse teams, influence decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the People organization for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with People Analytics leadership and partner teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating ambiguous needs into clear, actionable plans.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with well-defined agendas, foster productive discussions, and drive action items to completion. Maintain proactive communication channels to keep stakeholders informed on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or issues early, communicating these promptly to leadership along with well-considered recommendations to mitigate impact and support timely project delivery.
- Document project processes, workflows, and future state visions to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive status reports and dashboards for executive and leadership review, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Utilize strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills to promote project momentum and foster collaborative stakeholder relationships.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $97.82 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
