Overview:
Join a dynamic and fast-paced marketing organization as a Project Manager III, where you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple service categories including TV, Music, News, Books, and Gaming. This critical position offers the opportunity to lead global cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of communications that engage millions of users. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email, or mobile app campaigns
- Deep understanding of marketing operations and enterprise resource allocation
- Strong initiative and adaptability in fast-changing environments
- Solution-focused mindset with high attention to detail and urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to develop clear presentations and succinct summaries from complex data
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting change management processes in marketing environments
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems
- Prior experience working with technical teams or in a technology-driven setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles at an enterprise level
Other Requirements:
- Ability to support international or cross-regional collaboration (may include some travel depending on project needs)
- Relevant certifications in project management or marketing operations are advantageous

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $61.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
