Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, translating high-level objectives into clear plans.
- Oversee and manage roadmap timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate with senior leaders, operational teams, and functional partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain momentum and accountability across multiple complex initiatives.
- Lead structured project rhythms such as status reviews and executive updates.
- Adapt plans as conditions change to ensure critical outcomes are met.
- Ensure documentation, decision tracking, and follow-through activities are maintained.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage executive-level discussions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in large, matrixed, or highly complex organizations.
- Background in business, operations, strategy, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience overseeing multi-quarter roadmaps or complex schedules.
- Support for executive forums, leadership reviews, or high-visibility programs.
- Experience with managing technical projects.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $96.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
