TITLE: Project Specialist
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA (hybrid, on-site 4 days a week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage data operations for variable compensation programs including commissions and bonuses.
- Transition and maintain data pipelines from source systems into a new incentive management tool.
- Serve as the technical and functional admin for Performio, managing uploads, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Download, assemble, and perform data quality checks on data from multiple sources using Excel and PowerQuery.
- Upload data into the website tool and make data adjustments based on stakeholder requests.
- Export and review data quality and submit information to stakeholder teams like Payroll.
- Act as the main communication point for managers and stakeholders, distributing updates and responses.
- Track progress against payment cycles and document all processes and systems updates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, especially with functions like XLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with SQL (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Python (preferred).
- Knowledge of Snowflake (plus).
- SQL skills (certification preferred).
- Python programming experience.
- Snowflake platform familiarity.
- Advanced Excel skills.
