Public Relations Manager
W2 contract until August 2026 – potential to extend
Hybrid in Culver City CA
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of public relations experience, ideally within entertainment, sports, and technology sectors
- Strong media relations skills, with established relationships across consumer, sports, and content creator audiences
- Proven success in managing product launches, experiential activations, and news campaigns
- Excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and public speaking abilities
- Thoughtful crisis management and issue navigation expertise
- Meticulous project management and creative critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze media coverage and sentiment quickly, shaping compelling narratives
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships across teams and geographies
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with professional sports leagues and athletes
- Background in broadcast media or related PR fields
- Experience with executive communications and positioning thought leadership
- Knowledge of the evolving media landscape and digital trends
- Passion for sports, media, and consumer technology
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
- Extensive experience in high-level public relations roles, particularly within sports, entertainment, or tech environments
