TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Chicago, IL
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From now to 06/03/2026



Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and more.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters to understand hiring needs, role nuances, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Research market trends, talent pools, and competitive companies to inform sourcing strategy.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database in the ATS.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent sourcing.



Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiter role (agency or in-house), ideally in a tech or digital consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies (you don’t need to code, but you know your front-end from your back-end).
  • Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to craft great outreach and hold candidate conversations.


 



The hourly pay rate range for this position is $32.00 to $36.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
