TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Charlotte, Minneapolis, or Tempe (Hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/23/2026 to 09/30/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions
- Identify candidates using various sources and techniques to reach diverse talent pools
- Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Provide a diverse talent pool and positive experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Demonstrate behaviors and attitudes aligned with client Purpose and Core Values
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of recruiting experience
Preferred Experience:
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
- Ability to review and understand data, trends, and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $39.95 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
