Title: Recruiter
Location: Brea, CA; Glendale, CA; Orange, CA; Irvine, CA; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Glendora, GA OR Woodland Hills, CA (hybrid)
Anticipated Duration: From 05/01/2026 to 10/27/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support hiring efforts across branch and small business banking teams, focusing on Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs).
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities, influencing decisions, and recommending recruiting solutions.
- Develop and translate business goals into effective recruiting strategies for short-term and long-term talent pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Ensure a high-quality, compliant, and candidate-centric hiring experience throughout the process.
- Proactively source passive candidates for mortgage and sales roles using various tools and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Use recruiting technology to manage workflows, track progress, and analyze outcomes.
- Leverage data and reporting to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to share best practices and improve recruiting strategies.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance candidate attraction and recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting for sales-driven or revenue-producing roles, preferably within financial services or mortgage industries.
- Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong technical aptitude with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday and/or Phenom; alternative experience with large HCM and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
- Solution-oriented mindset to recruiting challenges.
- Demonstrates teamwork, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Maintains professionalism, integrity, and follow-through.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.82 to $36.27(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
