TITLE: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/01/2026 to 04/07/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of driver onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage spreadsheets for status tracking, permit applications, and driver profiles.
- Pull daily reports on drivers’ motor vehicle record history.
- Flag notable records for follow-up and investigation.
- Support process improvement initiatives for driver management workflows.
- Assist in collecting operational data for regulator inquiries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting compliance or program management in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Experience performing internal audits or investigations with a regulatory focus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets.
- Experience in creating and managing operational documentation.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $52.72 to $58.17 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
