TITLE: Sales Operations Data Analyst
LOCATION: Austin, Texas
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/01/2026 to 03/07/2026
Responsibilities:
- Review claims submitted by partners, ensuring correctness in channel partner incentive programs.
- Manage and respond to channel partner inquiries regarding claims, and payment status updates.
- Facilitate conflict resolution by communicating requirements for evidence submission.
- Extract, manage, and cleanse data from varied databases to ensure accuracy for analysis and reporting.
- Address and resolve data-related discrepancies to maintain integrity.
- Work closely with teams like data matching for automation initiatives, test for gaps, and offer insights for systemic resolutions.
- Resolve payment discrepancies by applying financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Ensure all transactions align with established financial principles, pricing, revenue, and risk parameters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related quantitative field.
- Prior experience in data analytics, finance operations, or payments within the technology sector is highly valued.
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of rebates, pricing discounts, claims and payments.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with channel partners, internal sales teams and other departments.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and other financial tools for effective data management and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, with an ability to handle large datasets and complex systems.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $58.70 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
