Salesforce Technical Lead Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development efforts, overseeing solution design, code quality, and integration.
- Collaborate with the Functional Architect to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support custom UI and automation needs.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient code branching, merging, and deployment processes.
- Partner with offshore developers to align on technical standards and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and development frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation of development standards and technical architecture.
- Work cross-functionally to support new feature releases, enhancements, and platform optimizations.
Salesforce Technical Lead Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns.
- Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD processes within Salesforce environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, and release management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce Technical Lead Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical lead or senior developer role guiding offshore development teams.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications a plus.
The compensation range for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location.
