TITLE: Salesforce Technical Lead
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: Full-Time, Permanent (no sponsorship)


Salesforce Technical Lead Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development efforts, overseeing solution design, code quality, and integration.
  • Collaborate with the Functional Architect to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support custom UI and automation needs.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient code branching, merging, and deployment processes.
  • Partner with offshore developers to align on technical standards and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and development frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation of development standards and technical architecture.
  • Work cross-functionally to support new feature releases, enhancements, and platform optimizations.

Salesforce Technical Lead Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD processes within Salesforce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Technical Lead Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a technical lead or senior developer role guiding offshore development teams.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications a plus.

The compensation range for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location.
