TITLE: SEM Assistant
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/06/2026 to 04/06/2027
Responsibilities:
- Support the SEM Specialist with campaign planning and platform set-up.
- Write Paid Search ad copy.
- Manage budget pacing across multiple lines of business.
- Build and manage PPC campaigns in self-service SEM platforms, including Google Ads and Skai/Kenshoo.
- Conduct SQR analysis and bid optimization.
- Perform keyword and competitive research, especially in the finance sector.
- Collaborate with digital marketing strategy, ad ops, analytics, and measurement teams to execute and manage Paid Search campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Paid Search marketing role, agency experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Paid Search self-service platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SA360, Marin, Microsoft Ad Center).
- Understanding of PPC campaign principles including budget pacing, reporting, SQR analysis, negative keyword implementation, bid optimizations.
- Data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills is a plus.
- Passion and curiosity for digital media.
- Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
