Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Designer to support a range of digital initiatives across multiple brands and audiences. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and product design—shaping high-quality, customer-facing assets and contributing to cohesive digital experiences across channels.
What You’ll Do

Design digital marketing materials and campaigns that reflect brand standards and adapt to regional or audience-specific needs.

Create user flows, wireframes, and visual design deliverables that align with established design systems.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in design, product, and marketing to deliver clear, customer-centered solutions.

Participate in recurring design critiques and contribute to a culture of continual refinement and design excellence.

Maintain design consistency across touchpoints and advocate for accessibility and responsive best practices.
Who You Are

5–7+ years of experience in marketing design, product design, or a hybrid digital design role.

A strong portfolio showcasing both marketing-focused and UX/UI work.

Proficient in Figma and collaborative design tools.

Excellent communicator with proven ability to partner across teams and time zones.

Experience in highly regulated industries, financial services, loyalty programs, or multi-brand environments is a plus
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $45.00 to $70.00/hr.
