Senior ML Engineer
TITLE: Senior ML Engineer
LOCATION: Seattle, WA (onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/11/2026 to 09/25/2026
Responsibilities:
- Develop automation pipelines and tools for training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models for machine translation and related NLP tasks
- Implement and optimize ML pipelines with emphasis on distributed data processing, training, and efficiency
- Collaborate with software engineers and QE to integrate ML models into production systems
- Deal with large quantities of data and apply state-of-the-art deep learning methods to real-world problems
- Create production-quality models at scale and set up ML CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
- Strong machine learning expertise with hands-on experience in model fine-tuning, evaluation, experiment tracking, pipeline building, and deployment
- 3+ years working experience in ML lifecycle, Model management, big data/Spark/MapReduce, large distributed systems, cloud computing
- Proficient coding skills in Python and experience with ML infrastructure tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with LLMs, neural machine translation is a plus
- Deep knowledge in ML frameworks and technologies such as NLP, MT, ASR, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and transformer architectures is a plus
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $79.10 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
