Senior Product Manager – Content Syndication Solutions
Contract: 12-month W2 Contract-to-Hire
Location: 100% Remote in the US (CST working hours required) – candidates must be located in the US full time
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for a leading content syndication solution that powers e-commerce and retail experiences. This role will focus on organizing, enriching, and optimizing product content for distribution across retail, supplier, and e-commerce channels.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that transform how product information is managed and shared. From attribute value mapping and data quality improvements to building digital catalog experiences, you will shape initiatives that help retailers, suppliers, and vendors work smarter together.
Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for content syndication and distribution.

Translate strategic priorities into epics, features, and initiatives using tools like Productboard and Confluence.

Define and deliver projects such as:

Attribute value mapping and transformation

Product content enrichment and optimization
-
Data quality recommendations and standards
-
Product variants, versions, and digital catalog capabilities

Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value.

Create and maintain external product views (roadmaps, feature definitions, initiative progress).

Partner with retail, supplier, and vendor stakeholders to ensure solutions address market needs.

Manage content workflows and documentation within Confluence, ensuring consistency and visibility.

Lead cross-functional initiatives that extend beyond core product development to accelerate growth opportunities.
Qualifications
-
6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in content management, syndication, or e-commerce platforms.

Strong knowledge of the retail and manufacturing ecosystem, including supplier–vendor–retailer dynamics.

Experience with Productboard, Confluence, or similar tools to manage product roadmaps and documentation.

Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution in a cross-functional environment.

Ability to synthesize business needs, customer feedback, and technical requirements into clear product outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create external-facing product views and articulate vision.

Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $80.00/hr.
