Senior UX Architect
Location: Remote (Atlanta, GA preferred in which you'd be 2-3 days hybrid onsite)
Duration: 6 month W2 contract
About the Role
We are seeking a UX Architect to provide support for the Fleet team during a 6-month W2 contract. This role focuses on designing for enterprise software applications with complex, functional user flows that support fleet operations such as dispatching, maintenance, and breakdown services.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to move from a reactive design approach into a more proactive feature and flow design process, helping define the future of Fleet applications.
Responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to support enterprise workflows.

Partner with product and engineering teams to define features, user flows, and end-to-end experiences.

Translate business and user needs into clear, functional design solutions.

Support Fleet applications, including desktop and mobile experiences.

Contribute to proactive design work—anticipating needs and designing features ahead of engineering.

Document user stories and collaborate with teams to refine requirements.

Ensure usability and efficiency for highly functional enterprise user software.
Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Figma as the primary design tool.

Demonstrated ability to design for enterprise software with complex flows.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering).

Self-directed and able to manage workload independently.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce.

Background in commercial auto, fleet services, or related industries.

Experience with mobile design in enterprise contexts.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $65.00/hr.
