TITLE: SharePoint – Corporate Intranet Wizard

ANTICIPATION DURATON: W2 long term contract

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 SharePoint expert to help reimagine and simplify our internal corporate intranet. The ideal person has a keen eye for usability and information architecture, with experience turning complex, overstuffed sites into intuitive, well-organized knowledge hubs.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit and streamline an existing SharePoint intranet to improve navigation and information flow.

  • Redesign site architecture for better user experience, clarity, and accessibility.

  • Implement scalable governance and content-management models to maintain long-term site health.

  • Partner with stakeholders to align structure, permissions, and content contribution processes with business needs.

  • Provide guidance on SharePoint best practices and intranet design standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint (design, configuration, administration).

  • Strong background in intranet design, information architecture, and content governance.

  • Experience simplifying or restructuring existing SharePoint environments.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
