TITLE: Social Communications Associate

LOCATION: San Bruno, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the pulse for our client’s presence in real-time political social conversations.
• Engage audiences online on key political issues and inform rapid-response efforts.
• Identify high-stakes moments before they trend and collaborate with teams to craft authentic engagement.
• Create content across various formats, including posts, replies, memes, and short-form videos.
• Analyze past performance metrics and trends to inform future social strategies.
• Provide insights on metrics, trends, and outliers, and anticipate upcoming social media moments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications.
• Experience with project or program management in creative or content-generating environments.
• Ability to analyze complex social media trends and online discourse.
• Proven record of creating and executing social media content and campaigns.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $59.49 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
