TITLE: Senior Measurement Consultant

LOCATION: New York, NY

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 Months

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Measurement Consultant to design, build, and operationalize training and enablement programs for marketing measurement solutions. This role sits at the intersection of advanced marketing measurement, customer advisory, and go-to-market enablement, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for both internal teams and strategic customers.

The consultant will translate complex measurement methodologies into practical, role-based learning experiences, including hands-on labs, playbooks, and narrative assets that accelerate field readiness and customer impact. In parallel, this role will partner with select strategic clients to advise on advanced analytics, experimentation, and optimization.

What You’ll Do

Measurement Training & Enablement (≈60%)

  • Serve as the measurement SME embedded within Go-to-Market Enablement, owning the strategy and execution of training for marketing measurement solutions (e.g., Conversions APIs, brand lift testing, revenue attribution).
  • Design and deliver role-based curricula aligned to discovery, adoption, and implementation phases.
  • Develop practical training assets including:
  • Facilitator decks, eLearning modules, micro-videos, lab guides, and assessments
  • Pre- and post-implementation guides, optimization workflows, and playbooks
  • Scenario-based labs covering real-world customer challenges (e.g., objection handling, implementation issues, data storytelling)
  • Establish certification criteria, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Science, Measurement Analytics, Solutions Engineering, and Go-to-Market Enablement teams to ensure training reflects real customer needs and evolving product capabilities.
  • Stress-test training materials with real customer scenarios to ensure assets are actionable, practical, and ready for field use.

Strategic Measurement Advisory (≈40%)

  • Advise senior customers and agencies on advanced measurement frameworks that improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • Lead complex client and agency engagements, acting as a trusted consultant in marketing analytics and measurement.
  • Design and execute empirical research including A/B testing, incrementality studies, attribution analyses, and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to inform new measurement solutions, features, and narratives based on customer feedback.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

  • Ramp quickly on measurement solutions and existing enablement materials.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Enablement to define priorities, training plans, calendars, and evaluation criteria.
  • Begin producing initial versions of refreshed or net-new training assets.

By 90 Days

  • Deliver refined training modules and hands-on labs deployed to field teams.
  • Actively log and incorporate customer insights into training and measurement narratives.
  • Confidently advise customers and internal stakeholders on advanced measurement strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the marketing or advertising industry with deep exposure to marketing analytics and measurement.
  • 8+ years advising senior customers in a customer-facing, consultative role.
  • Strong expertise in advertising measurement methodologies including attribution, MMM, incrementality, brand lift, experimental design, and online/offline measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced SQL; familiarity with Python, data modeling, and large data sets.
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating training, enablement, or learning programs for technical or analytics-focused audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency or consulting background with experience supporting complex advertiser or B2B clients.
  • Strong data acumen within AdTech ecosystems and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams.
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories and training narratives.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable enablement programs across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business judgment and customer success orientation.

Why This Role

Ideal for a senior consultant who enjoys blending deep analytics expertise, storytelling, and enablement—and who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
