Sr Consultant Org Design
TITLE: Sr Consultant Org Design
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid as needed for meetings)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/09/2026 to 11/20/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of organizational structures
- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes
- Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies
- Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities
- Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices
- Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines
- Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy
- Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies
the hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $87.50 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
