Senior Delivery Manager – Supply Chain Programs
W2 Contract | Fully Remote | Through January 2026
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to oversee delivery of high-visibility supply chain initiatives. This role will drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs that touch supply chain, finance, commerce, and related business areas.
The Senior Delivery Manager will partner with leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time and in full, leveraging established delivery processes and frameworks. This individual will join an existing team of program leaders and play a critical role in managing large-scale supply chain initiatives from end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee program delivery for supply chain-related initiatives, ensuring on-time, complete execution against established goals.

Partner with program leaders to leverage existing frameworks, processes, and playbooks for delivery management.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, commerce, and operations to align program outcomes.

Drive program governance, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Provide senior-level oversight and reporting to ensure visibility into progress, issues, and resolutions.

Support adoption of best practices from previous large-scale supply chain efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program or delivery management within supply chain, logistics, finance, or commerce environments.

Proven success in delivering large, complex, cross-functional programs on time and in full.

Strong background in program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

Experience leveraging established delivery frameworks and processes to manage enterprise-wide initiatives.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with supply chain transformation, hardening, or large-scale enterprise programs.

Familiarity with agile program management methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $70.00 to $80.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
