Sr. Technical Program Manager
TITLE: Sr. Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: Mountain View
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/11/2025 to 03/05/2026
Responsibilities:
- Manage two critical projects: migration of platforms to a new Kafka-based service and operational excellence program ensuring compliance with operational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders, including engineering, leadership, and offshore teams in India.
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and updates across various zones and levels of the organization.
- Track multiple moving parts daily and handle complex dependencies.
- Support data-driven decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful execution of projects aligned with organization goals.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in technical program management with experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort with early morning calls for global coordination.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system design, storage types, and queuing technologies.
- Ability to manage granular project details daily.
Preferred Experience:
- Migration experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong infrastructure knowledge, including understanding of Kafka and Pub/Sub systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate issues at multiple organizational levels.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
