TITLE: Sr. Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors and senior leaders.
  • Coach teams to improve efficiency and scale processes appropriately.
  • Create a collaborative work environment fostering autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning.
  • Manage and maintain project backlogs to ensure forward momentum.
  • Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish resolution paths.
  • Manage dependencies between multiple projects.
  • Mentor individuals in planning and execution best practices.
  • Develop partnerships with technology and business leaders.
  • Assess and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Manage resource planning.
  • Collaborate with Data Infra TLs to develop strategies and set goals for Open house migration.
  • Work with engineering teams to articulate requirements and create roadmaps and dependencies.
  • Organize efforts to deliver milestones for Openhouse.
  • Manage technical risks and understand high-level architecture constraints.
  • Communicate progress, plans, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
  • Surface risks proactively and work with leadership to mitigate them.
  • Serve as a resource for partner teams on change requests.

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. in a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years' of program management experience in an Operations or Technical space
  • Cloud or infrastructure experience
  • Effective program management and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience with agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Knowledge of managing large-scale programs and projects
  • Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects
  • Former developer or highly technical TPM experience a plus
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, e.g., Open House migration

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $72.14 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
