What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Extensive experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Strong proficiency with research tools and methodologies, such as personas, journey mapping, and affinity diagramming
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to present findings compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of influencing product design and strategy through user-centered research
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch
- Background in heuristic evaluation or accessibility standards
- Knowledge of advanced analytics or behavioral data analysis
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or related roles within fast-paced technology companies
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
