Senior UX Researcher 
Hybrid in Atlanta 
W2 contract until February 2026 – potential to extend

In this leadership-driven role, you'll utilize your expertise to uncover user needs, influence product development, and elevate user satisfaction across our innovative platform. What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency with research tools and methodologies, such as personas, journey mapping, and affinity diagramming
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to present findings compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of influencing product design and strategy through user-centered research

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch
  • Background in heuristic evaluation or accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics or behavioral data analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or related roles within fast-paced technology companies


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
